Mother’s Day Rose Candle
Looking for some fun and creative gifts for Mom this Mother’s Day, why not try this easy but effective rose candle?
What you need:
- dried rose petals
- tea light candle
- small plastic tub with lid
- water
Step: 1
Fill half the plastic tub with dried rose petals. Put the candle in the centre and add more petals around the candle until full.
Step: 2
Place your hand over the top (to prevent the petals from floating out) and slowly pour the water in until three quarters full.
Step: 3
Put the lid on and place in the freezer until frozen.
Step: 4
When you are ready to use it, place the tub in water to loosen it from the container. Dab the candle wick dry. As the ice melts the petals and candle will float and look beautiful.
